Strawberry Sbagliato

Bitter-sweet, strawberry-red.

The sbagliato is the happy accident — the “mistake” that reached for sparkling wine instead of gin and turned out better for it. Campari and sweet vermouth, lengthened with real fizz and pressed strawberry.
